HR Business Partner – Night Shift (Cebu IT Park)

About the role

GoTeam is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the performance lifecycle and employee relations for a portfolio of 60‑80 team members. The role operates on the night shift (10 PM – 7 AM PH time) at the Cebu IT Park, with the first six months onsite and a hybrid arrangement thereafter.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end performance management, including regularization, mid‑year reviews, and annual performance reviews.
• Design, track and communicate role‑specific OKRs and KPIs to eliminate operational noise.
• Provide high‑empathy coaching and 1:1s with leaders to align teams with strategic goals.
• Transform undocumented workflows into visual SOPs, conduct gap analyses and enforce operational discipline (attendance, time‑tracking, security policies).
• Manage employee relations cases independently, issue NTEs, conduct administrative hearings and drive performance improvement plans.
• Conduct regular sentiment and health‑check surveys to mitigate internal risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience; ideally 7‑12+ years as an HR Business Partner or Generalist in structured environments (Big Four, Fortune 500, global BPO).
• Proven track record in performance management, OKRs, KPIs and PIPs.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and experience building HR processes from scratch.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously on night‑shift schedules.
• History of professional stability (2‑3 years in previous major roles).

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Philippine labor legislation.
• Experience with performance management frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, PIPs).
• Ability to create SOPs, visual process maps and conduct gap analyses.
• Proficiency in employee relations procedures, including NTE issuance and administrative hearings.
