HR Associate – Talent Selection and Management

About the role

The HR Associate will support Okada Manila’s talent acquisition function by managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes and promoting the employer brand. This role ensures that the right candidates are attracted, assessed, and hired efficiently and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment and selection for various positions.
• Implement internal and external talent acquisition strategies, including employee referrals, job boards, social media, agency partners, campus recruiting, and job fairs.
• Create engaging employer‑branding content that highlights company culture and values.
• Conduct interviews, assessment tests, background checks, and verify pre‑employment documentation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and senior leadership to align hiring needs with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably with high‑volume hiring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in oral and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards such as LinkedIn and Jobstreet.
• Knowledge of Boolean search, talent mapping, and social‑media recruiting techniques.
• Ability to conduct structured, competency‑based interviews.
