About the role
The position supports an Australian mining services client by handling all HR‑related coordination from a remote base in the Philippines. It focuses on ensuring new hires are smoothly onboarded, the workforce is mobilised efficiently, and sites meet readiness and compliance standards. The role is fully remote, allowing the coordinator to work from any location within the Philippines while maintaining close communication with the client.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding processes for the client’s projects.
- Manage workforce mobilisation to align staffing with operational needs.
- Monitor and ensure site‑readiness compliance in line with client requirements.
Required profile
- Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with an Australian client.
- Experience in HR coordination or related functions.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₱40,000 to ₱50,000.
- Full‑time remote work arrangement.
