About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Hotel Reservation team. In this role you will assist guests with booking, modifying, or cancelling hotel stays while delivering a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound hotel reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
- Provide accurate information on hotel policies, rates, and promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
