Hostels Operations Manager – Coron, Palawan

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day running of our boutique hostel in Coron, Palawan. The role ensures seamless coordination across all departments, maintains high quality standards, and drives profitability while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily hostel operations and staff.
• Ensure high guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance activities.
• Monitor bookings, occupancy, and overall operational performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and company standards throughout the property.
• Control operational costs and manage inventory.
• Prepare reports and support business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in high‑volume hostels, boutique hotels, or fast‑paced food & beverage operations.
• Proven experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
