About the role
The Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking an enthusiastic Host for its Grand Club Executive Lounge. The role focuses on delivering fast, friendly, and personalized service to guests throughout their stay, ensuring a seamless experience on the hotel’s executive floors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures for Grand Club guests.
- Provide butler‑style assistance when required.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Grand Club Lounge, including food and beverage service.
- Maintain high standards of guest interaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar host or front‑desk role at a reputable hotel.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Excellent customer relations, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of the OPERA property management system.
