Hospital Claims Specialist

About the role
The Hospital Claims Specialist will manage and adjudicate complex US healthcare facility claims for our clients. Based in Makati City, you will work on a day‑shift schedule, collaborating with a team that supports a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate hospital and facility claims using UB‑04 and 837I transaction formats.
- Validate claim data for accuracy, compliance, and proper reimbursement.
- Communicate with US healthcare providers to resolve claim discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure timely claim submission.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claims handling efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US hospital or facility claims adjudication.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare billing standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently within a hybrid schedule.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
