Home-Based Online ESL Teacher (Full-time)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, qualified English as a Second Language (ESL) teachers to deliver online lessons from the comfort of their home. This full‑time remote position allows you to join ET‑Phone’s growing community of tutors and help learners improve their English proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live, interactive English lessons for students of various ages and proficiency levels using the company’s online platform.
• Prepare and adapt lesson materials to meet individual learner needs.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track performance.
• Maintain a consistent teaching schedule and communicate promptly with students and support staff.

Required profile

• Passion for teaching and helping learners achieve their language goals.
• Relevant teaching qualification or proven experience in ESL instruction.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (e.g., video‑conferencing tools).
