High-Volume Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Panoptyc is looking for a High-Volume Recruiter to lead the hiring of Theft Investigators across key global hubs such as the Philippines and India. This remote position will drive rapid, metric‑focused recruitment to support the company’s fast‑growing loss‑prevention platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment funnel for high‑volume Theft Investigator roles while supporting occasional technical and non‑technical hires.
• Source, engage, and screen candidates across multiple time zones, focusing on the Philippines, India, and other global markets.
• Maintain rigorous ATS tracking, ensuring accurate stages, notes, and tags.
• Conduct fast, high‑quality initial screens using clear rubrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers quickly and achieve high offer‑acceptance rates.
• Monitor conversion metrics weekly and adjust tactics to meet a target of 100 hires per month.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with a proven high‑volume track record.
• Demonstrated expertise sourcing talent in the Philippines, India, or similar regions.
• Strong target‑driven mindset, consistently achieving 25+ hires per week.
• Exceptional organizational ability and meticulous ATS hygiene.
• Fluent written and verbal English with clear candidate communication.

Required skills

• Ashby (or similar ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever).
• LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with local APAC/India job boards.
