High Volume Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a High Volume Recruiter to join ResultsCX in Lipa, Philippines. In this role you will drive the end‑to‑end hiring process for large numbers of candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while meeting our staffing targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and hire candidates using established, high‑volume recruitment processes.
• Engage applicants, present opportunities, and assess technical and aptitude requirements.
• Follow team guidelines to match candidates with the appropriate programs.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports and maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage a diverse candidate pool.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support recruitment objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment while delivering high output.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
