About the role

Safe Nurse Now is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join its team and help connect qualified nursing and allied health professionals with leading healthcare facilities. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and interview qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses and allied health staff.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from job posting through candidate onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to achieve staffing targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within healthcare or nursing staffing.
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
