About the role
We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Coordination and Retail Pharmacy Associate to help patients navigate the healthcare system, understand their prescriptions, and receive exceptional service at our pharmacy.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system and clarifying prescription details.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to verify the accuracy and completeness of medication orders.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, maintain records for supplies and medications.
- Provide courteous customer service and address patient inquiries regarding medications.
- Support pharmacy operations by accurately processing prescriptions and handling transactions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or retail environment.
- Detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
- Empathetic, patient‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
