Head of SEO, AEO & Local Search

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a strategic leader to own and expand its search visibility across SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and local search. You will inherit an existing foundation, enhance it, and build a scalable, AI‑enabled search operation that drives results for automotive dealerships and multi‑location clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall SEO, AEO and Local Search strategy for the company.
• Lead, mentor and grow the existing SEO team, establishing standards, workflows and quality controls.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, competitive analysis and on‑page optimization.
• Design and implement scalable content, landing‑page and site‑architecture strategies.
• Oversee Google Business Profile optimization and local pack visibility for multi‑location businesses.
• Develop AI‑driven workflows, Search Atlas processes and automation agents.
• Monitor performance, generate reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading SEO functions, preferably for automotive or multi‑location clients.
• Hands‑on expertise in technical SEO, local search and emerging AEO/AI search trends.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
