About the role
The Quality Assurance Head will lead the QA function across Shg Services Inc.’s commissary, JENTEC facility and retail stores. Reporting to senior management, this role is responsible for shaping and executing a company‑wide quality strategy that ensures product safety, regulatory compliance and guest confidence. The position is based on‑site in Mandaluyong City and operates full‑time.
Key responsibilities
- Lead QA operations across the commissary, warehouse and store network.
- Develop and implement a unified quality strategy for the entire organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, product excellence and customer trust.
- Monitor compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in quality assurance or quality control within manufacturing, logistics or retail environments.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to design and roll out company‑wide quality programs.
- Excellent communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
