Head of ICT & Technology Manager

About the role

ACCIONA seeks a senior leader to drive ICT strategy, technology platforms and AI‑enabled transformation across Southeast Asia. The role combines reliable IT service delivery with a forward‑looking agenda to support regional operations and large infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the SEA ICT strategy and three‑year technology, digital and AI roadmap, aligning with group standards and business priorities.
• Lead local ICT and technical teams, fostering innovation, service excellence and operational rigor.
• Manage all ICT components (hardware, software, networks, cloud), ensure operational continuity across offices and construction sites, and oversee vendors, contracts and budgets.
• Drive large‑scale digital transformation projects using PMI, Agile and ITIL practices, ensuring quality, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure cybersecurity and data‑protection compliance, oversee audits and incident response.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of ICT or technology experience in multinational environments with regional or multi‑site responsibility.
• Proven track record leading digital, automation, data or AI initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Experience in construction, engineering, EPC or industrial sectors, preferably on mega‑projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, multicultural leadership and execution discipline.

Required skills

• IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, IT service management.
• BIM, Digital Twin, project controls systems, IT/OT integration.
• Data analytics, automation, AI use‑case governance.
• Project management certifications (ITIL, PMI, Agile) and familiarity with emerging construction technology platforms.
• High‑level English (Spanish preferred).
