Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously optimise the end‑to‑end customer acquisition funnel.
• Manage and scale paid media campaigns across relevant channels.
• Leverage AI tools and data‑driven insights to improve targeting, creative, and conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain marketing automation systems that support rapid growth.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading growth or performance‑marketing functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross‑functional teams.
