Head of Finance

About the role

We are looking for a strategic finance leader to drive end‑to‑end finance transformation and oversee Global Business Services (GBS) operations. The role will ensure robust controllership, financial governance, and commercial performance while enabling data‑driven decision‑making across global delivery platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global finance transformation initiatives across shared services and GBS environments.
• Design and optimise end‑to‑end finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P) to improve efficiency, scalability and control.
• Oversee controllership, SOX compliance and internal control frameworks for global operations.
• Manage investment modelling, rate setting and pricing governance to support business growth.
• Drive billing, collections and cash conversion strategies to optimise working capital.
• Partner with C‑suite leaders and regional stakeholders to align finance strategy with business objectives.
• Develop and mentor high‑performing finance teams across multiple regions.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of experience in finance, GBS or shared‑services leadership.
• Strong background in finance transformation, controllership and global process ownership.
• Experience in Big 4 advisory or multinational environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
