Head of Facilities & Maintenance

About the role

The Head of Facilities & Maintenance leads daily maintenance operations across branches, commissaries, and office spaces, ensuring all equipment and utilities are functional, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities in multiple locations, guaranteeing operational safety for customers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health, fire safety, and local government unit (LGU) standards.
• Manage budgeting, procurement, and cost‑saving initiatives for facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, compliance documentation, and third‑party service contracts.
• Travel to various branches as needed to supervise and support site teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• At least 57 years of experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in food service, hospitality, or multi‑branch operations.
• Proven experience managing kitchen equipment, utilities, and third‑party service providers.
• DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) certification.
• Willingness to travel to different locations.
