Head of Enterprise Architecture

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to define and drive the Enterprise Architecture function across the organization. The role will guide the IT modernization journey, ensuring technology aligns with business strategy and delivers scalable, future‑ready platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Enterprise Architecture vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Establish EA governance, frameworks and operating model aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain current and target state architecture across business, application, data and technology domains.
• Establish and enhance architecture principles, standards, patterns and reference models, ensuring compliance.
• Promote standardisation, reusability and modularisation across platforms and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 18 years of IT experience, including 5 years in enterprise or solutions architecture.
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks.

Required skills

• Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
