Head of Curriculum, 2 Hour Learning (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an academic leader to design and own the curriculum infrastructure for our AI‑driven learning platform. In this remote senior position you will be accountable for student performance across multiple locations and will shape the future of K‑12 education without traditional textbooks or scaffolding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑generated enhancements to subject‑specific learning environments, including content, adaptive pathways, and interventions.
• Deploy data‑driven academic interventions for under‑performing students using MAP, AP, SAT, ISEE and similar metrics.
• Produce evidence‑based decision records documenting actions, dashboards, reports, and coaching insights.
• Lead a cross‑functional team to meet explicit benchmarks anchored in standardized assessment scores.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data‑science teams to evolve the platform.

• Proven academic leadership with a track record of improving student outcomes.
• Strong subject‑matter expertise and ability to codify standards into measurable metrics.
• Comfort with imperfect data and rapid decision‑making under uncertainty.
• Ownership mindset; accountable for results rather than consensus‑driven timelines.
