Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies.
• Manage media relations, including press releases, media inquiries and interviews.
• Oversee internal communications to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Monitor public perception and implement strategies to enhance the organisation’s image.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Lead crisis communication efforts to address and mitigate potential reputational risks.
• Provide communication support for organisational initiatives and campaigns.
• Supervise and mentor a team of communication professionals.

Required profile

• A degree in communications, public relations or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Strong skills in media relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise in developing and implementing communication strategies.
• Ability to manage crisis communication effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
