About the role
Willis Towers Watson is seeking a senior leader to head the Bid Management function across Asia. The role will oversee the preparation and submission of business proposals and tenders for the corporate risk and broking division, ensuring a strategic and coordinated approach throughout the region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and shape the Bid Management function across Asia, setting direction and standards.
- Partner with senior leaders across Asia and globally to align bid strategies with business objectives.
- Build and develop a high‑performing regional team, fostering collaboration and expertise.
- Manage the end‑to‑end process for business proposals and tenders, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Coordinate closely with the corporate risk and broking division to understand client needs and market opportunities.
