Head Nurse (RN) – 3+ Years Experience – Pasay City

About the role

The Head Nurse will lead the clinical nursing team at RainTree Care’s facility on Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, you will ensure high‑quality resident care and smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise the nursing staff to deliver optimal resident care.
• Assist the Clinical Care Manager in preparing monthly staffing schedules and shift management.
• Coordinate clinical activities with other departments, ensuring adequate personnel, equipment and facilities.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing performance, recommending improvements and policy updates.
• Conduct onboarding, training and continuous education for clinical staff.
• Perform comprehensive resident assessments, develop nursing care plans, and manage chronic and complex conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to resolve resident needs.
• Maintain documentation, medication administration standards, and risk‑prevention protocols.
• Act as the on‑duty Head Nurse in the absence of the Clinical Care Manager.

Required profile

• BS in Nursing and a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience, with prior supervisory or head nurse experience.
• Master’s degree (optional) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of resident care standards and clinical policies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
