HCC Navigator Project Manager

About the role

Marsh Health & Benefits is recruiting an HCC Navigator Project Manager in Manila. The role acts as a catalyst for assigned clinical teams, helping them keep activities on track, build value and improve results. It involves project management support for clinical teams, carrier coordination and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, prepare and review data, select cases and coordinate carrier meetings, timelines and follow-up
• Manage multiple tasks across projects, keeping deliverables timely and client-ready
• Coordinate logistics and communications with medical carriers and clinical review teams, and take part in regular carrier conference calls
• Use data models and tools (e.g. Compass database and Excel) to help the team identify cases, and support basic research and analysis
• Help build data mining approaches, give technical assistance on data tools and act as a resource for staff
• Take part in ad hoc program calls and assist with HCC Navigator reporting, including executive summaries
• Write client-facing documents such as FAQs, consultant update emails and reports, and help prepare annual client meeting decks
• Identify process and data improvement opportunities, protect data confidentiality and support ongoing data protection

Required profile

• BA/BS degree required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting or insurance carrier work (quality assurance, auditing)
• Proven project management, verbal and written skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a demanding environment
• Nice to have: US healthcare insurance knowledge, managed care clinical operations experience, advanced degree in business or health, PMP certification, and strong analytical and statistical skills

Required skills

• MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Intermediate proficiency extracting data from data models and data-management tools
• Understanding of clinical data and metrics for report generation

Marsh works in a hybrid model, with colleagues in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.
