About the role

The school is seeking a dedicated early childhood teacher (Guru KB‑TK) to join its team in Surabaya. The successful candidate will work with young learners, fostering their development in a Christian educational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate lessons for children in the early childhood program.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Assess and monitor each child’s progress, providing feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to align curriculum with the school’s vision and mission.
• Uphold the core values and Christian ethos of the institution in daily activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) or Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Prior experience teaching preschool‑age children.
• Christian (Catholic) background, aligning with the school’s faith‑based vision.
• Willingness to work onsite at any Gloria School location in Surabaya.
