Guidewire Configuration Developer Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Guidewire Configuration Developer Manager to lead a team that designs, develops and deploys custom Guidewire solutions for insurance clients. The role combines technical expertise on the Guidewire platform with strong leadership to ensure high‑quality delivery across Acceleration Center projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test and implement Guidewire‑based software solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead, coach and motivate a multidisciplinary team, managing performance and fostering professional growth.
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution and successful delivery.
• Partner with senior leadership to maintain quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor team members, conduct reviews and promote knowledge sharing.
• Address conflicts, engage in difficult conversations with stakeholders and uphold PwC’s professional standards.
