Guest Service Coordinator – Remote (Philippines Preferred)

About the role

As a Guest Service Coordinator for S&T Properties, you will be the primary point of contact for guests staying in our vacation rentals across Canada. Working remotely, you will ensure smooth communication, resolve issues quickly, and support the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage booking communications across multiple channels and respond to guest inquiries.
• Answer phone calls, troubleshoot guest issues, and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with cleaning staff, assign tasks, and track completion.
• Report maintenance problems and follow up with contractors.
• Escalate cases on booking platforms and liaise with case managers.
• Order supplies for properties and keep inventory updated.
• Maintain the property management database and list new properties on booking sites.
• Generate reports on reviews, occupancy, and other performance metrics.
• Assist with project management for onboarding new properties.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle stressful situations.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to manage complex issues.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new technology and fast‑paced environments.
• Positive attitude and willingness to continuously improve.
• Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
