Guest Faculty (Temporary) – Contractual Position

About the role

The College of Agri Business Management (CABM) at Bihar Agricultural University is seeking a Guest Faculty member on a temporary, contractual basis. This position is designed to support the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in agribusiness management and related subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lecture material for assigned courses, ensuring alignment with the university curriculum.
• Develop teaching aids, case studies, and assessment tools to enhance student learning.
• Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students, including evaluation of assignments and examinations.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and academic events.
• Maintain academic standards and adhere to institutional policies and timelines.

Required profile

• Relevant postgraduate degree (M.Sc./M.Tech./Ph.D.) in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Management or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to teach at the college level, preferably in agribusiness or related disciplines.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.
• Availability to commit to the contractual period as defined by the university.
