GTM Analytics Associate Manager

About the role

Acquire BPO, the Philippine office of RingCentral, is recruiting an Associate Manager for its GTM Analytics team. The role partners with GTM, sales, marketing and leadership teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business acumen and experience building predictive models and scalable analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to find ways to use data to optimise processes and improve performance.
• Explore, clean and analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build automated dashboards and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate data quality, integrate new data sources and work with data engineering to improve data infrastructure.
• Present findings and explain complex analyses clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead analytics projects and mentor junior analysts in best practices and methodologies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
• Experience building predictive models and scalable analytics solutions.
• Preferred: experience mentoring or leading analytics teams or projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, preferably also Python, R or Alteryx.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
