Growth Operator

About the role

The Growth Operator sits at the intersection of growth, marketing, sales, and analytics, driving a predictable growth engine for a SaaS/technology company. This hands‑on role manages acquisition, funnel optimization, and revenue‑focused experiments.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain CRM data, track leads through the funnel, and collaborate with sales to improve conversion.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, coordinate creative assets, and test performance.
• Manage the full funnel—from ads to booked calls—conduct landing‑page and CTA testing, and implement CRO tracking.
• Support sales calls, develop scripts, and feed insights back into marketing.
• Run continuous growth experiments across paid angles, UGC, webinars, lead magnets, and referrals.
• Track key metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS) and provide weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• 2–4 years hands‑on experience in growth, performance marketing, revenue ops, or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to work independently in an early‑stage, fully remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on revenue outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate with sales teams.
