About the role
The Growth Marketing Associate will build and execute email, push, and in‑app marketing campaigns for Thumbtack, focusing on driving growth and user engagement. This is a full‑time remote position based in the Philippines. The role emphasizes rigorous A/B testing to identify the most effective messaging and timing, helping improve user acquisition and retention. Thumbtack operates a permanent virtual‑first model, allowing the associate to work from any location within the Philippines while staying connected with the broader team through digital collaboration tools.

- Build and execute email, push, and in‑app marketing campaigns.
- Run A/B tests to optimise campaign performance and increase engagement.
