Graphic Designer – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

GrowthAssistant is seeking a Graphic Designer to support a fast‑growing women’s media and community platform targeting Gen‑Z and millennial audiences. The role is fully remote and focuses on social design, client‑facing assets, light print work, and Squarespace website redesign.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the redesign of an existing Squarespace website, collaborating with internal teams to align with brand goals.
• Create social ads, display ads, newsletter and article hero images, and other digital marketing collateral.
• Design light‑print assets such as postcards, branded boxes, and tapes while maintaining strong brand consistency.
• Switch fluidly between multiple brands and departments, adapting design sensibility without losing quality.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and file versions using Asana and communicate with stakeholders via Slack.

Required profile

• 3+ years of design experience with a strong eye for color, hierarchy, spacing, and visual storytelling.
• Current pulse on Gen‑Z design trends and ability to apply them appropriately.
• Highly responsive, organized, and detail‑oriented with strong file‑management habits.
• Openness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly in a high‑volume production environment.
