Graphic Designer – Marketing Creative Services Hub

About the role

As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, the Graphic Designer supports Cushman & Wakefield sales professionals and marketing partners by producing a wide range of marketing deliverables. You will work with existing designs and branded templates to create high‑quality assets that reinforce the company’s visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Review project briefs to understand objectives, requirements, and timelines.
• Source, update, and manage marketing assets ensuring accuracy and readiness for delivery.
• Develop layouts within templates or create new designs that highlight key messages while maintaining brand standards.
• Maintain clear communication with coordinators and stakeholders throughout each project lifecycle.
• Conduct quality checks, apply best practices in file management, and contribute to continuous improvement of production design processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2+ years of production design experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, detail‑orientation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in graphics, marketing, or production environments; commercial real‑estate background is a plus.
