Graphic Designer

About the role

OX Tools is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to produce compelling product infographics, enhance product imagery and develop visual content that drives eCommerce sales and customer engagement. The role works within a hybrid model, spending most days onsite while collaborating closely with the eCommerce team.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality product infographics, images and visual assets for eCommerce listings and digital channels using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use of logos, colour palettes, typography and other brand elements.
• Ensure all assets meet marketplace requirements and clearly communicate product features and benefits.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while preserving quality, accuracy and brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Communicate project status, timelines and potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
• Participate in team town‑hall meetings to stay aligned with graphic team updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience creating infographics and product images for eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart or Shopify.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative designs and adherence to brand standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple unrelated projects under tight deadlines.
• Adaptable, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
