Graphic Designer (Hybrid) – Metro Manila

About the role

TapTalent.ai, a fast‑growing AI recruitment technology company, is expanding its presence in the Philippines and is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to shape its visual identity. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with global marketing and sales teams to produce high‑impact visual assets that support the company’s growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging social media graphics and digital campaign assets.
• Create sales collateral such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, brochures, and presentations.
• Produce event materials, banners, and other marketing assets.
• Develop infographics and product visuals that communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing outputs.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align visual content with business goals.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools to streamline creative workflows.
• Stay current with design trends and continuously improve creative output.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and marketing designs.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or Figma.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and branding principles.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
