Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

The Graphic Design Specialist creates visually compelling, brand‑consistent designs that support the company’s marketing, advertising, promotional, and communication initiatives. This role works across digital and print platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality visual assets for campaigns, social media, digital ads, website banners, brochures, flyers, posters, event collaterals, signage and promotional materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure visual identity follows company standards.
• Produce graphics for email marketing, social media, and online campaigns, adapting designs for various screen sizes.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork, coordinate with printers and suppliers, and review proofs before final production.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and other departments, manage multiple design projects, and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and recommend innovative visual strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design and brand storytelling.
