Graduate Network Engineer – Ascent Program

About the role

Ericsson Philippines is seeking recent graduates to join its Ascent Graduate program as Network Engineers. You will work on designing, optimizing and auditing various network domains (RAN, BBA, Transmission, Core, OM, and Services) while supporting customers from pre‑sales through service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Track and prioritize customer service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide support for critical and emergency cases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to progress high‑priority cases.
• Respond to technical queries continuously and maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge.
• Participate in operational review meetings and support the Service Delivery Manager.
• Contribute to pre‑sales activities, identify add‑on sales opportunities, and assist in developing service proposals.
• Collect and detail customer requirements and become familiar with technical solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student (2025/2026) in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Data Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience through internships, thesis projects, student leadership or part‑time work.
• Curious, eager to learn, structured, reliable and collaborative.
• Data‑driven mindset with interest in automation and AI/ML technologies.
