Global Distribution System Analyst

About the role

Littelfuse is seeking a Global Distribution System Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and support of its worldwide distribution network. The role works cross‑functionally to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure best‑practice compliance across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead distribution system projects, including process documentation, gap analysis, training material creation, and global labeling standards.
• Act as liaison between Global Distribution and IT, managing issues and driving SAP WM/IM/SD implementations.
• Evaluate and specify hardware/software purchases, supporting procurement activities.
• Extract and analyze data to support strategic network design and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Standardize global distribution labeling and coordinate related testing.
• Design, configure, and maintain warehouse setups, wireless RF scanners, and related infrastructure.
• Provide daily support for global distribution user inquiries and ensure 3PL process adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP IM/WMS modules.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on distribution experience, including best‑practice knowledge of RF scanners, labeling, printer setup, and wireless networks.
• Strong system and data analysis skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication, with proven project‑management ability.
• Customer‑focused and responsive attitude.
