Global Client Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Global Client Account Manager to lead service‑delivery‑focused business development across our existing client portfolio. The role is fully on‑site and requires occasional on‑call availability for critical escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with client points of contact and internal executives.
• Propose and implement solutions for recurring issues and monitor priority‑1 incidents.
• Deliver regular presentations on service delivery performance and client confidence.
• Identify and manage upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for our services.
• Act as the primary liaison for the Order‑to‑Cash process, ensuring timely billing and collections.
• Keep client asset information accurate in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and coordinate updates during contract transitions.
• Document client engagements, projects, support contracts and managed service activities.
• Provide performance reports and statistics to senior management and the Executive Board.
• Update internal knowledge bases (CMDB, BOSS, Wiki) and develop policies to improve service delivery.
• Submit minutes of meetings within three working days and travel at least ten days per quarter outside the Philippines for regional engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in client account management, preferably within a service‑delivery environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site and be on‑call for critical incidents.
• Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
