About the role
We are seeking a fluent German speaker to join My Language Café as a German Language Instructor. The role involves delivering structured German courses to learners ranging from beginner (A1) to upper‑intermediate (B2) levels in our Cebu City centre.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging German lessons for A1‑B2 levels.
- Create an interactive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare teaching materials and adapt content to meet diverse learner needs.
Required profile
- High proficiency in German (minimum B2/C1 certification or native/near‑native speaker).
- Strong communication abilities and genuine passion for teaching.
- Prior experience in language instruction or exam preparation is advantageous.
- Residency in or willingness to commute to Mabolo, Cebu City.
Required skills
- German language proficiency (B2/C1 level or higher).
- Effective classroom management and instructional design.
