Geostructural Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Geostructural Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering technical solutions for geostructural projects across the Philippines. The role involves design, analysis, and project management to meet client needs while adhering to GHD’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on geostructural projects.
• Develop comprehensive design packages including models, calculations, specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections, preparing detailed condition reports.
• Prepare project proposals and detailed sketches.
• Coordinate outcomes with offices, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Manage project delivery in line with client briefs and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical and structural engineering principles.
• Experience with shallow and deep foundations, earth retention, ground improvement, excavations, and underground structures.
• Proficiency in soil‑structure interaction modeling and slope stability analysis.
