About the role
We are looking for a General Worker/Operator to deliver exceptional customer service through online channels such as email and live chat. You will handle inquiries, complaints, and support requests while maintaining accurate interaction records.
Key responsibilities

- Resolve complaints and support requests efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and follow‑up activities as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 35 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong communication, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
