General Virtual Assistant – Remote (Work From Home)

About the role

VirtuallyinCredible is seeking a General Virtual Assistant to join its growing team of home‑based professionals. This remote position focuses on delivering high‑quality customer support and handling a variety of administrative tasks for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and email, following client‑specific SOPs.
• Manage client communications, including calls, email inquiries, and follow‑ups.
• Perform administrative duties such as accounts receivable/payable, work order processing, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and social media management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of SOP changes and company guidelines.
• Represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values in all interactions.
• Prepare data, updates, and reports for the leadership team as required.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English with a clear American accent.
• Willingness to undergo background screening.
• Quiet, professional home office setup capable of graveyard‑shift work.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps) with backup and dependable electricity with power backup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 10 or higher and macOS Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, or Tahoe.
• Computer equipped with Intel Core i5 (8th gen) or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent) processor.
• 8 GB–16 GB RAM or higher.
