About the role
We are seeking a proactive General Virtual Assistant to support our clients and keep daily operations running smoothly. This fully remote position offers the chance to work independently while contributing to business success for US‑based customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and written communication.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow‑ups, and client inquiries professionally.
- Perform administrative tasks such as accounts receivable/payable, work order processing, lease renewals, and document preparation.
- Manage inboxes, calendars, files, and other organizational duties with high accuracy.
- Assist with basic marketing initiatives and support social media scheduling, content sourcing, and engagement monitoring.
- Follow client‑specific Standard Operating Procedures and stay updated on procedural changes.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and data updates to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with teammates across departments and take on additional tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with a clear, neutral American accent.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) and stable power with backup.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet home office during graveyard shifts for US clients.
- Willingness to undergo background checking.
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about helping clients succeed.
Required skills
- Windows 10 or higher operating system.
- macOS Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, or Tahoe.
