General Project Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

OX Tools is seeking a General Project Manager to lead a variety of initiatives across the business. The role combines operational improvement, product line reviews, event coordination and cross‑functional projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and aligned with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, deliverables and resources.
• Coordinate across sales, operations, marketing and supply‑chain teams to maintain alignment and avoid delays.
• Maintain project timelines, monitor progress and proactively address risks.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and escalate issues, risks and resource gaps.
• Assist in tracking budgets and resource allocation, identifying cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end customer line‑review processes, including planning, presentations, pricing strategy and logistics.
• Plan and execute internal and external events, managing vendors and logistics.
• Support product and merchandising projects such as quarterly pallet builds.
• Identify project risks early, develop mitigation plans and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards and post‑project reviews for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a similar coordination role.
• Strong ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates and issue escalation.
• Experience managing budgets and resources across projects.
