About the role
We are looking for a proactive Full‑Time Remote General Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our management team. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with colleagues across different time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize digital files.
- Respond to emails and client inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform data entry and maintain CRM records.
- Assist with social media scheduling and content posting.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and handle other ad‑hoc virtual assistant tasks.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Self‑motivated, resourceful, and detail‑oriented.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Comfort with various task‑management tools.
