Full Stack Engineer (React.js & Node.js) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a highly execution‑focused Full Stack Developer who can build and ship scalable web applications in a fast‑moving startup environment. The role is remote‑first, high‑accountability and involves ownership from idea to deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build backend services and APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate databases, authentication systems and third‑party APIs.
• Implement Stripe payment flows and webhook integrations.
• Improve performance and scalability using Redis and caching strategies.
• Deploy and maintain applications on Vercel or other cloud platforms.
• Design and maintain automated tests for critical workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product, design and engineering teams.
• Use AI‑assisted coding tools to boost development speed.
• Participate in debugging, code reviews and architecture discussions.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with React.js and Node.js.
• Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience designing AI agents using LLM SDKs such as OpenAI, Claude or Vercel AI SDK.
• Knowledge of SQL/Postgres databases.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote environments.
• Good communication and ownership mindset.
