Full Stack Engineer – Onsite in Cagayan De Oro

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join its Cagayan De Oro office. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining end‑to‑end web applications, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications across both frontend and backend layers.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them with responsive user interfaces.
• Develop and manage relational or NoSQL databases to support application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring to ensure system reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Hands‑on experience with backend languages like Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and Git‑based workflows.
