Full Stack Developer – Python, React, AWS

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a diverse, innovative team that delivers world‑class features for its users. You will work across the stack, from backend data processing to frontend interfaces, ensuring high quality, performance and maintainability.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and translate technical and functional requirements into robust code.
• Develop, QA, and implement business‑driven enhancements, upgrades and new features.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for team‑owned platforms and produce clear documentation.
• Create and maintain acceptance criteria for user stories and advise Business Analysts on UX, performance and potential bugs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, global teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience in batch processing, data transformation and reporting.
• Familiarity with front‑end development using React or Angular.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and ability to work in a cross‑cultural, global team.
• Exposure to Docker, Linux and AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Basic AWS experience or certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Test‑Driven Development, unit testing and test automation.
