Full Stack Developer – Hybrid (Cagayan De Oro)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its hybrid team in Cagayan De Oro. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components of web applications, turning functional requirements into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Translate functional specifications into technical designs and code.
• Build, consume, and document RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Design and manage relational database schemas to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications for reliability and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and a modern framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Experience with backend languages like Node.js, Java, C#, Python or PHP.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and Git workflows.
